Chateau Interiors & Design Opens New Showrooms; Studio Chateau Reports Growth

Fueled by a successful 2014 in which revenues were up by 50% over the previous year, and demand for services as Warmington gears up to debut five new neighborhoods in Southern Nevada, Chateau Interiors & Design will open a brand new showroom in Las Vegas in February.

This 2,100 square foot showroom will serve new Warmington homebuyers as well as buyers of some of Chateau's other builder-clients who have new home communities in the Las Vegas Valley. Located in the heart of the southwest, this brand new showroom is very conveniently located along Sunset Road near the 215 Beltway at 6496 Medical Center Street, Suite 101.

This Las Vegas showroom follows the grand opening of the 3,000-square foot Corona, California, showroom that debuted last October to serve an expanding customer base in the growing Inland Empire. Chateau Interiors also currently maintains two on-site showrooms at Warmington communities; these include The Goldwyn in South El Monte, and NELA Union Homes in the Glassell Park area of Los Angeles. A third on-site showroom will open at Annie Street in Daly City when the community opens later this year.

Chateau Interiors & Design maintains a main 7,000 square foot showroom in Irvine, California, where it services buyers of new Warmington Residential homes and two other large builders.

Studio Chateau

Studio Chateau closed 2014 with incredible growth and success with 595 new homebuilder communities using this innovative options management software.
