Sold parcel to DR Horton with an approved Tentative Tract Map for 55 townhomes, conceptual architecture, improvement plans and a grading permit in 1st plan check. This property was in a moratorium that did not allow for the development of the site and Warmington was successful in getting the project out of that designation.
