New Leadership Structure Announced in Southern and Northern California Divisions of Warmington Residential

As Warmington began the new year, several promotions were announced, resulting in some significant leadership changes as well as some changes in supporting roles. Matt Tingler, current Executive Vice President and Southern California division President, will assume the additional role of Northern California division President. This coincides with the departure of Greg Mix, Northern California President for the past five years.

In announcing the promotion, Jim Warmington, Jr. cited Matt's 20 years of leadership with Warmington in which he has been "pivotal in the successful growth of Warmington Residential's entitlement and homebuilding programs, design of exceptional communities and architecture, and building a truly great team."

To facilitate Tingler's growth plans in both the Southern and Northern California divisions, several other key players have had their roles expanded.

Tom Hildebrandt was promoted to Vice President of the Southern California division, and will assist Matt with divisional responsibilities. This will be in addition to his current responsibilities as Vice President of Land Acquisition in Southern California.

"While Tom has been a vital part of the Southern California land acquisition team since he joined Warmington in 2006, his leadership skills have proven instrumental in our growth the last few years," Jim Warmington, Jr. said in his announcement. "I believe he will continue to help expand the success of the division even more in his newly expanded role."

Jay Deckard has been promoted to Corporate Vice President of Community Development. He is now overseeing and managing the due diligence, entitlement, project management and operations company-wide, which encompasses the Southern and Northern California divisions as well as the Nevada division. Previously, Jay was Vice President of Community Development overseeing these same efforts in the Southern California division.

In his new role, Jay has been given corporate authority to make decisions on behalf of Warmington Residential in his areas of oversight.

Jim Warmington, Jr. said in making this announcement that "Jay is a great leader and will utilize his extensive experience to support Matt and the divisions as we look to grow the company more aggressively."

Jay worked for Warmington for more than 10 years in the 1980's and 1990's and re-joined Warmington Residential in 2010. "We immediately benefited from his vast experience in the homebuilding industry and having run his own homebuilding company in Florida," Warmington said.

Jim Warmington noted that "We have an amazing leadership team and I know that we are poised for great success."

"I have high expectations for Warmington in 2015 and beyond, and know Matt, Tom and Jay have much to accomplish as we look to meet our goals of adding many new entitlement and development deals, along with successfully completing those projects currently in process. I am confident that we have the right leadership team across the company to make that happen."
