Construction Update: New Single Family and Apartment Communities in Nevada

The Nevada division of Warmington Residential has a variety of new single family and apartment communities that will open in 2015.

Three of our newest single family home communities, Desert Ridge in Mesquite and Ridgehaven and Westbury, both in the southwest, all are progressing nicely! Desert Ridge just debuted its Showcase Home and sales are now underway. Construction on the model homes and sales office for both Ridgehaven and Westbury are set to begin this spring with grand opening currently slated for July.

Construction also will begin in the spring on three models and the clubhouse building at The Gallery Apartment Homes near Buffalo Drive and Blue Diamond Road. These are slated for a Q4 completion with pre-leasing set to begin in September.

Construction on the clubhouse and model building at Martin Apartment Homes near Ft. Apache Road and Martin Avenue will begin this spring, pre-leasing will begin in August and the grand opening also is slated for Q4.
