HomesByWarmington.com: Truth be told, it wasn't about Silver or Gold.

We were both honored and excited to learn that our brand new web site had won a Silver Award at The Nationals. Presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), The Nationals℠ pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, homebuilders and associates, and sales and marketing councils. As a Silver award winner, we were automatically up for a Gold Award – the industry's highest honor.

Sure, we were going for excellence when we embarked upon the web site redesign. We always do! But it was not to win awards. It was to represent the beauty, quality and functionality of our homes and neighborhoods. The fact that HomesByWarmington.com received some industry recognition was exciting and fun and made a good story. But at the end of the day, it really just served as confirmation that what we really had was a good web site. We had met our goal.

By now, we hope you've seen the newly re-designed HomesByWarmington.com. It is rich with stunning images, most of which are completely unique because they are part of our own custom photography library, interactive content and useful resources include Google-based maps, a Real Estate Professional client registration portal, Quick Move-In Home listings, videos, and more. It truly is chock-full of information about Warmington Residential and all of its new home communities.
