Chandler Apartment Homes in Las Vegas Has “Best Pool”

Our subcontractor, Watters Aquatech, promotes itself as an “award winning” pool designer. We recently discovered first-hand that this is true. The company won the Silver Award in the Commercial Pool – Resort and Leisure Category recently at the 51st Annual United Aqua Group Awards of Distinction for the resort-style pool and spa it designed and installed at Chandler Apartment Homes in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Chandler is currently celebrating its grand opening and construction is underway on Phase Two, which includes eight buildings and 157 units, of which 27 in the first building are pre-leased.

The eight buildings (163 units) in Phase One are completed and are more than 90% leased.
