Aggressive Land Acquisition Efforts Amplified Further with New Team Members

To facilitate its continued aggressive efforts to grow both its homebuilding operations and land sale business, Warmington Residential is beefing up its land acquisition team in California.

Currently, we have strong land acquisition units in all three Warmington Residential divisions that are focused on acquiring new development and entitlement deals. At this time, Warmington is actively bolstering these teams in both Northern and Southern California.

This month, we added two Land Acquisition Managers: Justin Brewer joined the Southern California division and Zachary Anawalt joined the Northern California division. In late 2013, Antam Ta joined the Northern California division as Land Acquisition Analyst.
