Warmington Residential will be introducing new communities within all of its divisions in the coming months. Here is a roundup of what we are working on now:

In addition to these new projects that have established opening dates, the company also has many land deals in its pipeline.

Currently, the Southern California division has over 300 lots under entitlement in 4 projects.

The Northern California division has more than 250 lots under entitlements in several new communities in Silicon Valley. Its land acquisition department has recently expanded resulting in new core bay area projects now in the contracting and due diligence stages.

The Nevada division has more than 156 lots in Southwest Las Vegas under entitlement in 2 projects.
