Capital Improvements Underway at OC Apartment Communities

A variety of capital improvements are slated for completion this year at all of Warmington’s Orange County apartment communities, which have an average age of 30 years. The improvements within these three communities are set to be completed in stages and phases and the list below describes what is under way or completed:

• Sycamore Lane in Mission Viejo:
  - New community signage
  - New exterior paint scheme
  - Newly merchandised model home
  - Clubhouse remodel
  

• Serrano Highlands in Lake Forest.
  - New community signage
  - New exterior paint scheme
  - New garage doors and openers
  - Newly merchandised model home
  

• Casa Grande – Cypress
  - New community signage
