Warmington Completes Land Sale to KB Home

Warmington Residential just completed the sale of 5.7 acres in West Covina, in Los Angeles County, to KB Home. This property is newly zoned for 45 single family detached homes on lots that average 3,743 square feet.

This site was a two property assemblage consisting of a day care facility and a former church site. Over the course of 13 months prior to the sale, Warmington entitled the property, successfully managing the extensive approval process required to secure a zone change, general plan amendment, specific plan and tentative tract map.

Warmington Residential also designed the site plan and architecture, which has been approved by the city, allowing KB Home to immediately move forward with construction.
