Sean Ettlin: Focused on Multifamily Acquisitions

To support its goal of aggressively pursuing new opportunities and acquisitions, Warmington is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Ettlin. Working on behalf of Warmington Properties, Inc.(WPI), Sean will concentrate his efforts on the acquisition of multifamily properties, exclusively.

Sean is responsible for locating, negotiating to acquire, underwriting, and completing due-diligence for all of WPI’s new multifamily acquisitions throughout the U.S.
