Two Sales and Marketing Promotions Announced

Two Warmington Residential employees have been promoted to top sales and marketing posts in the Southern California division. Rebecca Anbardan has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Yvonne Espinoza is the new Sales Manager.

Serving as Director of Marketing since 2013, Rebecca has been an instrumental part of the Southern California division’s launch and marketing of its new home communities over the past two years. During this time, Rebecca’s role has expanded beyond a marketing function with the oversight of product development and a heavy involvement in the sales process. Her expertise has proven immensely valuable in our due diligence, entitlement, and build out efforts for a wide variety of housing types, price points and locations. Given her aptitude in all of these areas, and the track record of success of projects under her supervision, this promotion serves to officially expand her role and recognize her valuable contributions to both the sales and marketing efforts in the Southern California division.

Rebecca joined Warmington in August 2011 as a Land Acquisition Analyst. Prior to that, she spent a number of years in Ryland’s Management Trainee Program where she gained comprehensive exposure to all aspects of homebuilding with stints in various departments. This included project management (assistant superintendent, forward planning), land acquisition, land development, purchasing, the design center, sales, marketing, and customer service. She holds a degree in Housing Urban Development from Arizona State University.

Yvonne has been a New Home Sales Representative for Warmington Residential since June 2014. Her passion for new home sales and her extensive experience in both sales and marketing will serve her well in her newly expanded role as Sales Manager, where she will now oversee and manage the sales effort at all new communities in the Southern California division. Currently this includes three existing neighborhoods. At least two more will debut in the coming months.

Prior to joining Warmington, Yvonne held various sales and marketing management roles at Meritage, William Lyon, Granite and Shea Homes. Recognized for excellence on several occasions, she has been the recipient and finalist for MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) Awards. She holds a degree in Journalism from California State University Fullerton, is a NAHB Certified New Home Sale Person. Additionally, she holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license and is fluent in Spanish.
