Models Open at Two New Neighborhoods: Warmington at Stellan Ridge and NELA Union

Warmington Residential has opened model homes within two new neighborhoods in recent weeks. These neighborhoods represent opposite ends of the spectrum! Warmington at Stellan Ridge in Riverside features sprawling single-level homes with approximately 3,600 to 4,100 square feet and up to six bedrooms and six-space garages, and are set on homesites that range in size from 1 to 8 acres. Prices start in the $800,000’s.

NELA Union is a stylish urban community set in Glassell Park in Northeast Los Angeles. This collection of townhomes span approximately 1,100 to 1,900 square feet with two to four bedrooms and attached two-space garages, set within beautifully landscaped grounds that include a community garden and dog park. Prices here start in the $400,000s.

The models at both neighborhoods have been very well-received and represent a beautiful addition to their respective marketplaces.  These exceptional model interiors were achieved through with the help of Design Tech of Newport Beach (Stellan Ridge) and Matters of Space of Los Angeles (NELA Union).

In the coming weeks, Warmington will debut models at two additional neighborhoods: The Goldwyn in South El Monte and Crystal View in Chino Hills.
