100 Single-Family Lots Acquired in Southwest Las Vegas

Escrow has just closed on 100 single-family home sites in Southwest Las Vegas. This neighborhood will be known as Rockpointe and will present a collection of single-family homes that are semi-attached (at garage). Rockpointe will include five two-story plans ranging in size from approximately 1,562 to 1,936 square feet on lots that average 2,600 square feet. Model home construction is anticipated to begin Q1 2015.

Other new Warmington neighborhoods in Nevada include Desert Ridge in Mesquite and Westbury, Ridgehaven and Vistaview in Southwest Las Vegas. These five new neighborhoods total 409 lots and will debut in late 2014/early- to mid-2015.
