Tingler joined Warmington nearly 25 years ago after graduating from Stanford University with a degree in economics. During his tenure he's held many top posts including Executive Vice President, and President of the Southern California and Northern California divisions. "It is truly an honor to lead and be entrusted with Warmington's home building operations," Tingler said of his promotion to President and COO. "I have such great respect for this company and its team members and values. Warmington is like a family to me and I will work extremely hard to protect its tradition of excellence and promote the growth and prosperity of the business."
He emphasized the strength of the current team and noted that the division leadership in all three regions is comprised of a smart and committed group of seasoned professionals.
"The current team we have in place is truly top-notch and will be an integral part of the company's ongoing success. I will rely on these individuals to achieve the company's goals in the months and years ahead."
