In January of 2012, Amy Thill, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
in Warmington’s Nevada division, was tapped to oversee and
manage the broader corporate marketing efforts for the Warmington

Warmington Residential just completed the sale of 5.7 acres in
West Covina, in Los Angeles County, to KB Home.
